The Coral At Atlantis Hotel Nassau, Nassau

After 4 hours of shuffling, the room turned out to be a wonderful studio with a great view - very nice! The service was not prepared for the busyness of this particular weekend, with some delays and lack of friendliness. The location was well-maintained and convenient to Atlantis, across from the toll bridge. Dining experience at Anthony's Grill was good but time-consuming. My stay at the Coral Hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully updated with tiled floors, and I was pleasantly surprised by the mini fridge provided. The service I received from the staff was exceptional, making me extend my stay. The location, although beautiful, could use better maintenance in some areas. The dining options were varied, with a great buffet choice available.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with decent-sized rooms, though the noise from the elevators bell ringing and doors slamming every 6 seconds was a bit bothersome. The location had beautiful features, like the aquarium, but lacked proper maintenance which was noticeable. Dining experiences were mostly enjoyable, especially at Carmine and Marina Pizzeria. The biggest letdown was the dismissive and disinterested service which marred our overall experience.
